Maintainability

Buildings and infrastructure must be designed and built to be maintainable. This is a requirement for something to be harmonode, that it's relatively easy to maintain in the long term.

Strategies include having built-in scaffolding, posts which are replaceable shim-able posts, and all other aspects of the building designed for maintenance and eventual replacement.
