How it Works:

Here in this application of human-powered energy, we use workout equipment, therapeutic exercises, to lift the payload. Once lifted the energy is stored and available for use by lowering the payload.

Lowering the payload spins a flywheel. Flywheel turns drive shaft which powers all mechanical devices.

Status:

Very simple, time-proven mechanics. Might even be be possible to build with existing purchasable parts.
