How survivable is the infrastructure of your neighborhood and its surroundings?

The answer: it's NOT.
Not survivable at all.

Here's perhaps the most perfect example of how terribly fragile our infrastructure it is:

A little "too much" rain, potable water, fell from the sky last month where I live. As a result of that this municipality lost potable water for two weeks.

You think we're "civilized" or "sophisticated" or "advanced"? No. This is absurd. Here in the pinnacle techno-dystopia age in all of our riches, the "riches" of plunder, we can't even guarantee ourselves potable water. As a species we've demonstrated our insanity, our insanity and lack of love, that's all.
