1. Harmonode R&D — numerous technologies need research and development. Read more about R&D priorities.
2. Curriculum — the workings of a harmonode-based civilization requires a whole curriculum be developed.
3. Governance: Policy, Zoning, and Programs — many of the design patterns needed to ease our survival aren't even legally permittable, vast regulatory revisioning is needed. Programs are needed to make the transition.
